Adding Blockquote to a page or post

To add the shortcode in a page or post to show in front end of the website please follow steps below:

Add Blockquote Shortcode

Ken Blockquote Add Visual Composer

After adding a page, use the Visual Composer tool to add the shortcode by clicking on + (plus) icon, and searching for Blockquote.

Set Blockquote Shortcode Settings

After you add the shortcode, a pop up window will appear which you can set options for this shortcode that you can set to fine tune your Blockquote and add it to the page. Followed is detailed description of each option for the shortcode:

1Blockquote Message.  

Use this option to add your desired text for the shortcode. The default WordPress editor will be available for you to do more detailed styling.

2Style.  

Use this option to set the style for Blockquote. Available options are:

  1. Classic
  2. Modern
3Align.  

Use this option to set the alignment of the Blockquote. Available options are:

  1. Left
  2. Center
  3. Right

4Viewport animation.  

Viewport animation will be triggered when this element is being viewed when you scroll page down. you only need to choose the animation style from this option. please note that this only works in modern web browsers. We have disabled this feature in touch devices to increase browsing speed. Available options are:

  1. Fade In
  2. Scale Up
  3. Scale Down
  4. Right to Left
  5. Left to Right
  6. Top to Botton
  7. Bottom to Top
  8. Flip Horizontally
  9. Flip Vertically
  10. Rotate
5Extra Class Name.  

This is an option which is common among most of shortcodes. If you wish to style particular content element differently, then use this field to add a class name and then refer to it in Custom CSS settings inside Theme Settings -> Skin.
