Configuring Product Image Ratios

Aspect ratio and image size have a big impact on your site’s design. We can’t just throw any images onto a website shop and expect them to look good. It’s important to assess how they’ll fit with your website design. To do this, we need to configure the image size and aspect ratio on your website. In Jupiter, product image size and aspect ratio settings can be found in two different places:

Activating the Shop Customizer

The product image ratio settings can be found in the shop customizer. To learn how to activate the shop customizer, check out this article.


Product List Images

To change the image ratio in the product list:

1From the WordPress left menu, go to Jupiter > Shop Customizer.

2Click on Product List.

3Configure the Image Ratio setting.

4Close the settings window and click on the Publish button.


Product Page Images

To change the image ratio in the single product pages:

1From the WordPress left menu, go to Jupiter > Shop Customizer.

2Click on Product Page.

3Click on the Styles tab.

4Click on the Customize button next to Image and configure the Image Ratio setting.

5Close the settings window and click on the Publish button.
