Widgetized Sidebar shortcode allows to include a widget area / sidebar inside a page using Visual Composer. This is helpful when building pages which needs different widgets areas.

Adding an Extra Class Name
Extra Class Name field in the setting pop-up allows you to add an extra class name to the shortcode. It’s useful when you need to target the shortcode in a style sheet or JavaScript file.

Adding Widgets to the Sidebar
Each of the widget area / sidebar available in Sidebar setting (step 5 of above section) are a container for widgets. You can add or remove widgets in each one of them from Appearance > Widgets.

Ans: Please consider this, If you set a page as your main shop page in WooCommerce Settings, the Widgetized Sidebar will not work on that page.
You should add the content in the Woocommerce Widget Area to show it on your Shop page
