    Hello – using an accordion on the page listed in the private info. Scroll down and you’ll see “click here”

    I set it to -1 so that it is closed upon page load.

    Clicking opens it, no problem.

    Clicking the bar again should close it – but it does not.

    Bug, error in my implementation, or it simply doesn’t work properly? Any ideas? Thank you!

    Could you please send over your administrative WordPress access(in a private reply) so we can check what might be going on in the backend? We’ll need permission to debug this.

    Hi There

    I see you have selected the One Toggle at a time option, in this behavior tapping on the accordion doesn’t close it, see
    The Differences Between Two Accordion Behaviors

    • When you select the One Toggle Open at a Time option, you can see only one open accordion section (item) at a time. Once another section is selected, the previous one will be collapsed.

    Note: Please note that in this option one section will always be open.

    • When you select the Multiple Toggles Open at a Time option, you can have multiple accordion sections (items) open at a time. By opening one section, the previous one won’t be collapsed.

    To make the Accordions all closed by default, please kindly try this JS code in Theme Options > Advanced > Custom JS to see if it helps?

    (function($){
    var closeAccordion = function() {
         $('.mk-accordion').each(function(){
             $(this).find('.mk-accordion-single').removeClass('current');
             $(this).find('.mk-accordion-pane').hide();
         });
    };
    $(document).ready(closeAccordion);
    $(window).load(closeAccordion);
    })(jQuery);

    I added it for you to make sure it works, please check now.

    Looking forward to your feedback 🙂
