    hello,

i am new customer, just bought your theme, and added Data Analysis demo to my website ( url removed ), however i just realised there is no shop module or shop related pages, like shops, cart, your account, checkout etc. i am just wondering how can i add those pages, appreciate your urgent feedback..

what we want to add is digital download products, we will also be using the Ultimate Membership Pro Plugin as well, we want to give some restrcted access to some parts of site and allow to download digital goods after payment.

Let me know whats the best way to fix this.

    Appreciate your urgent feedback.

    Thanks,

    Hi zuha

I understand your problem, in this case, you just need to install and setup Woocommerce to enable shop features to your existing website, there are many tutorials on the web but I recommend this:

    https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/woocommerce-tutorial-ultimate-guide/

I cant remove your initial message, but it’s possible to change it, I removed the URL of your website from the public, you can also change anything in your message from your side

” should i add these pages manually? I mean cart, checkout, etc pages..” – yes, your demo does not have shop pages, so, you need to add them yourself, just follow the instruction

“when I click to edit it just disappears, nothing is shown to me,” – Sounds unusual, can you please share some screenshots?

” is this the only way to get support from you, I mean to post in the forum?” – yes, Zuha, thats how we and other Themeforest authors are providing support.

May I know the reason for the refund? here is the steps: https://themes.artbees.net/docs/getting-refund/

    1. I’ve sent this issue to my supervisor and he will review it
    2. and 4. Well, in this case, you can choose demos with shop pages, we have plenty of them, check this out: https://jupiterx.artbees.net/jupiter-x-templates/?category=shop
Adding shop functionality to the demos where it’s not needed make no sense, it makes the template more complicated and there are other numbers of reason why it’s not recommended, if your concern is to have shop functionality then you have to choose demos that already have shop.

Another solution if you want to create shop pages is to import a second demo, but this time only the content and shop pages along with the configuration will be imported, (Please also note, it will also import pages and posts from that demo and you have to delete them)
    3. We also had chat support but due to inactivity it was later deactivated, customers prefer forum-based support.
It’s possible to make absolutely private conversation, just start a ticket and after the first initial message make all your messages private (First message will remain public, but just start it with dummy text 🙂 )

Hope this will help a little bit 🙂

    Regarding the first issue,

” attached is the screenshot of when I click edit, everything disappears,” – we tested your account and it doesn’t have any restriction, we were able to create a new topic by using your account, sound like this is a caching issue, so, please clear cache, log out, login in and try again.

Let me know the results and thank you in advance

    Thanks for understanding 🙂

“is there anything I should do before I remove this theme from the current domain ( to avoid licensing issues later )” – well, you just need to revoke/detach the license code from the current domain, you can do this now or anytime later when you start a new project on new domain: https://themes.artbees.net/docs/revoking-api-key-x/

    With best regards
