#78348 All Sites Down or Broken
Lawrence LaBee IV 3 weeks, 1 day ago
Hi, first of all, thanks for all the support over the years and the dedication to creating such an amazing product. It’s literally helped save my life – but that’s a story for another day.
My websites are all down. I use Jupiter for all my sites and client sites – but somewhere within the “Elementor/Raven/Jet and custom code” is a problem that I think has created an issue across all my sites with some type of update. To be clearer, yesterday I did a walkthrough with a client at 4pm and everything was working perfectly with all domains. I went to edit last night around midnight and all my sites are down.
I have multiple sites, and multiple are down so I don’t know where to start. All of them use Jupiter except for http://www.crazycreampies.com, but it does have Jupiter plugins installed if I’m not mistaken.
The main sites I work with for clients are:
- http://www.leadfirmspeaks.com – Bluehost disabled all the plugins so it loads with no structure
- http://www.idoschool.com – – Bluehost disabled all the plugins so it loads with no structure
- http://www.affordabletvpro.com – critical WP error
- http://www.seauxandreap.com – critical WP error
- http://www.thesensualcircus.com – continuously loads
- http://www.lawrencerlabee.com – critical error
The test sites I work with are:
- http://www.texaskidscode.com – Bluehost disabled all the plugins so it loads with no structure
- http://www.brandanddata.com – loads continuously
- http://www.blackhiresmatter.com – critical WordPress error
- http://www.datatelnetworkingfl.com – critical WordPress error
I have more sites on my server, and they all too use Jupiter.
Every time I’ve had a rare similar occurrence, the culprit always seemed to lie in the Raven, Elementor, WordPress architecture. I don’t know whether it’s plugin compatibility within the required Jupiter theme plugins and WordPress or what – but can you please help with this? Initially, I thought it might be too much activity on the Bluehost Shared Cloud Hosting server, but they’ve assured me that resources aren’t the issue.
Thanks for any insight you can give me on getting my gorgeous sites back up and running!

Sorry for the inconvenience.
1 – https://www.idoschool.com/ does not look like a WordPress site.
2 – http://learn.idoschool.com/ redirects to a login page which is not a WordPress site.
3 – https://leadfirmspeaks.com/ is using Jupiter X. I checked this issue and noticed that you have updated the ELementor to version 3. Unfortunately, the elementor version 3 is having a lot of issues and we recommend not to update it for now.
I downgraded the Elementor to 2.9.14 and activated the Raven, Jupiter X Core, Advanced Custom Fields, Jupiter Donut and the site is working fine. You can try activating the other plugins too.
5 – http://affordabletvpro.com/ is showing a critical error. Please share the FTP details so that I can disable the plugins and see what exactly is the issue.
6 – http://lawrencerlabee.com/ is showing a critical error. Please share the FTP details so that I can disable the plugins and see what exactly is the issue.
7 – http://blackhiresmatter.com/ is showing a critical error. Please share the FTP details so that I can disable the plugins and see what exactly is the issue.
