Are there any videos explaining how to use popups that aren’t 4 years old?

as the title suggests i can’t see the popups of the old interface. To be honest, a lot of things I don’t find. It is not possible to update the explanation videos?

I tried to satisfy my curiosity to use a pre-installed jupiter x theme on my clone site and the system pops up… while on my current one it doesn’t -_-
I don’t want to cancel all the work I’ve done… is it possible to have a solution without having to provide the access data?
How do I enable pop ups?

update it looks like i managed to install the pop up with a file transfer from ftp
