    we installed a auction plugin where customers can bid on a product. But the bidding part see https://nimb.ws/ZbQPHc  is very strange

    under other theme it works, see : https://wpgenie.org/woocommerce-simple-auctions/product/auction-for-egyptian-queen-nefertiti-statue-sealed-silent-auction/

    Hello,

    Please add this code in Jupiter X > Theme Styles > Additional CSS:

    .input-group.minus, .input-group.plus {
    display: none;
    }

    Let us know the result.

    Regards.

    Hi Henk,

    You have this issue:

    An invalid form control with name='bid_value' is not focusable.

    And I believe it’s a conflict with the auction plugin and Jupiter X or any other third-party plugin. Right now I can not switch the theme to something else to make sure it is a theme conflict or not because you didn’t provide working credentials for your live website and the staging website is also down. Can you please provide with us working admin credentials in your next PRIVATE reply so we can investigate?

    Hi Henk,

    Ok this is indeed a theme conflict with the plugin. I recommend you to contact the plugin author and ask for a piece of advice as well. This is what I did to resolve the issue:

    I copied the jupiterx/lib/assets/dist/js/frontend.js to jupiterx/lib/assets/dist/js/frontend.min.js and removed these lines from it:

     $('.quantity > input').InputSpinner({
          buttonsClass: 'btn-sm btn-outline-secondary',
          buttonsWidth: 0
        });

    You may check my screenshot: https://ibb.co/fFVXC5Y. After that, I opened this file individually to make sure it’s not cached on my browser. Then refresh the product page and the issue was resolved. https://marionnap.nl/product/rap-a-la-nap-31/

    The thing is, if you want to keep this fix, you need to do the same thing that I did above every single time you update the theme.

    This is a Javascript conflict, and as far as I could see, happens on the themes and plugins that have the quantity spinner option. So, it’s better to have an option (if it’s not already having any?) to resolve such conflicts. That’s why I recommend you to reach out to the plugin author and ask for advice.

    Hope it helps 🙂
    Best regards
