    Hi. I have blog archive page which shows archive and categories. Now I want to create a page for tags.  Unfortunately I am not able to choose header and customize it since this page takes defaults from I don’t know where.

    Is there any way to create page to show posts by tags ?

    Hi Artak

    By default custom archive template applied on the category will be displayed on the tag page as well, check this example:
    https://nodari.artbees.team/?cat=35
    https://nodari.artbees.team/?tag=new-tag
    When you apply a custom template to your category page it will be also applied on the tag page as well,

    ok. I was wrong. I don’t have archive and categories working correctly. I just have blog page (not template) which shows my blog posts and can filter by categories. I think this is not so called (archive template). Thats why it is working and I am able to select custom header for this page (I have 2 types of headers. One for front page, another for internal pages)

    Now I want to create archive for categories, tags etc. But here I can not choose header. it is coming by default.

    In other words, I want to change header template for archive only. Is it possible ?

    Good morning Artak

    yes, it’s possible, you need to create a custom template for your archive page where you will be able to design a custom header 🙂
    If you cant do this I can create a simple custom template for you, if you agree please provide access details for your site

    Hi Artak

    Ok, please check your blog archive page: https://3rdfloortailors.com/blog/tag/bridal/

    this is what I did:
    1. I added a header section in your archive template here: https://3rdfloortailors.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=3120&action=elementor
    2. I added this CSS code in the appearance > customize > additional css:

    body.archive .jupiterx-header, body.tag .jupiterx-header {
    display: none;
    }

    Now you have a custom header on your blog archive pages, please note, you can add now logo in the header section or change any styling of this header, its up to you now 🙂

    Thank you Nodari. This really helps. To be honest, I was thinking about sticky header, and if you have idea how to make it will be great. But meanwhile I will use this page.  Thank you again .

    Hi Artak

    Do you want a sticky header on this blog page? im not sure if this is possible, probably will require some custom CSS but I can try, let me know if you want it here 🙂

    Thank you Nodari. I think current workaround is ok for tags page.

    Just in case anybody else have the same issue and want to have sticky header – here is my small modification to Nodari’s CSS 🙂

    body.archive:not(.jupiterx-header-stick) .jupiterx-header,
    body.tag:not(.jupiterx-header-stick) .jupiterx-header {
    display: none;
    }
