I am having issues with your theme Jupiter X on this site https://santabarbarainteriors.com/ which I recently updated to the latest version of jupiter (from the dashboard)

I can no longer add elements as I will show in this video clip: https://www.loom.com/share/3a697eef37754ff59a574528670b8c1a

In site health scan it says Jupiter X php modules are missing: https://www.loom.com/share/e0e29507cc364372bd649209991d3aee

Please let me know how to fix the problem

Could you please send over your site URL and administrative WordPress access(in a private reply) so we can check what might be going on in the backend? We’ll need permission to debug this.

    Hi Amy

I tried one of the pages and this is what I have: https://www.loom.com/share/18f1193001c04b24a4ad0b0822f30d8d
As we see Elementor is working just fine, I can use all its features, is your problem already resolved?

p.s. unfortunately, I can’t view plugins and other areas of the dashboard, so, if this issue is still actual for you, please increase the role of this user to the Admin level,

    Hi Amy

Got it, it was a reported problem and I fixed it, I installed the Transients manager WP plugin and deleted all transients (It’s safe ūüôā ) now all elements should be loaded without a problem, please verify

    Thanks

Yes the elements are finally working thank you. Is there a reason why there needs to be a plugin for the elements to work properly?

    Amir Rather Support Team

You can remove this plugin it is just needed to clear Transients.
Transients are types of cached data enabled in WordPress by the Transients API. So, transients are a type of temporary data cache.

There is still the yellow outline but I fixed it. For some reason the page settings weren’t coming up but now they are¬† so I can change sections to full width now
