Cant install Energy template

I have installed Jupiter x theme and im trying to install the Energy template.

It throws this error message.

Can you please increase your PHP memory to 8.0 version?
please also provide FTP details if it did not work

I haveprovided FTP details, you got them there at website credentials.

I prefer if i can to maintain the actual php version, i share hosting with other old websites and inxreasing to 8.0 may break things. Can you look for other configuration problems of try to look with FTP?

In your server requirements yo say this, so it shoulld be ok with 7.4:
<h2 class=”wp-block-heading”>Jupiter X recommends the following server settings:</h2>

PHP – Version 7 or greater (however the required version is 5.6)

Finally, i have upgraded to PHP 8.0.  When I try to import, it advances more steps than before, but it throws error before ending and leaving the template half imported, som things are and some things aren’t imported.

 

If you need any credentials i haven’t provided, you tell me.

Yes, no problem. You can install the demo. I’ve tried to import but it imoprted just a part.

Hello,

The thing is that it is not imported correctly, only the Home page. Other pages and footer are wrong.

It seems it is not importing some styles and parts. If you compare it with the demo you can see it.
