Cant install required plugins

I’m unable to get the Elementor and Advanced Custom Fields plugins to install – “the installation package is not available”

I checked the 644/755 permissions mentioned here https://themes.artbees.net/docs/installing-the-bundled-plugins/ and they seem to be correct.

Have you tried to install the mentioned plugins from the Jupiter X > Control Panel > Plugins section?

If you are still facing the problem then provide us with wp-admin and FTP (FTP host, FTP user, FTP password, FTP port) login details to your site in the private reply https://prnt.sc/qr3w3e to check the issue.

Please provide working access details

Can you please try to install ELementor from the WordPress repository? just open plugins, search for Elementor and install it, if you were not able to install then you have problem with the hosting environment, you may be out of space or you might have permission problem, in this case, I would recommend contacting hosting support
