    Hi Thomas

Wp memory dedicated to this site is not enough to handle requests, https://prnt.sc/r136vn you can check this is System status tab in Jupiter X control panel, please increase this value to 256MB by following this tutorial

Also, since we are here, SUHOSIN is not enabled too, please contact your hosting support to enable it,

By the way, you can ask your hosting support to make adjustments for both problems 🙂

    Hi Nodari,

    Thanks for your response.

I’ve (the host provider) increased the memory limit to 512 but still appear WP MEMORY LIMIT is 40. There are a difference between PHP & WP memory limit?

I will ask to the host for SUSHONIN.

    Hope for your answer.

    Many thanks!

    Thom

    Hi Thomas

Ok, it’s fixed, the problem was Wordfence security plugin or plugin configuration, this is officially stated in Elementor troubleshooting steps: https://docs.elementor.com/article/185-the-update-button-does-not-work:

    • 403 error when attempting to update a page: This can be due to a security plugin such as WordFence and others. To sort this out, activate the learning mode of this plugin or contact their support. This issue can also be due to the firewall of your server so this has to be checked with your hosting company.
