I have had this issue before and support helped to resolve the problem but didn’t quite explain how they did it.

I had issues changing the custom post types as outlined here: https://themes.artbees.net/forums/topic/changing-exhibition-and-collection-listing-types-in-museum-theme/

I am having the same problem with a new website and I need assistance. I am using the Museum 2 theme and have removed Exhibitions and attempted to change the Events custom post type to Concerts, and in the end appear to have broken everything and deleted the test posts associated with the post type.

Could you please help, and also explain how to resolve this issue so that I know how to fix it next time this comes up?

    Thank you!

    Hi EN

I can see your post type Concerts exist here and it has one test post which is working normally: https://prnt.sc/20qefyq did you manage to fix your problem? if not, then let me know what exactly I need to check

Thanks Nodari. I haven’t been able to fix the problem. All of the templates/themes I had customized are no longer associated with the custom post. How do I re-connect the listings and templates with the post type?

    Hello there!

I see a few posts here now Concerts ‹ EnChor Choir — WordPress

    are these the missing ones?

    Hi there,

First, enable your custom post type through Jupiter X -> Control Panel -> Settings and save it:

Then Navigate to Customize -> Post Types and then your custom post type single or archive section and choose your custom template and save the customizer settings.

    This should do the trick.

Thanks for this. I think that my issues are mostly resolved.

I’m curious though how to order the posts in the archive by the custom field “date” rather than the published date. And how do I separate upcoming and past posts as two separate archives, but based on their custom field date and not the published date?

    Hi there!

If you want to sort the posts according to the date, the Date query type can help you.
    check it out here https://crocoblock.com/knowledge-base/articles/jetengine-listing-grid-posts-query-overview/
