    Hi

    Please login https://www.l-deco-bougies-naturelles.fr/wp-admin/
    to go to:

    https://www.l-deco-bougies-naturelles.fr/produit/bougies-parfumees-haute-couture/

    As you can see the accordeon description part is still open.
    I would like it coming closed at the page opening.

    How is it possible please ?

    Hi Geco,

    Since it is hardcoded in the theme core files, the best method I can offer is to close the accordion after the page load. Would you please add this JS in Jupiter -> Theme Options -> Advanced -> Custom JS and see if that works as expected for you?

    jQuery(window).on('pageshow',function(){
    	setTimeout(function(){ jQuery(".single-product #mk-accordion-3 .mk-accordion-tab").trigger('click'); }, 300);
    });

    Hi Geco,

    My bad, I just changed it to :

    jQuery(window).on('pageshow',function(){
    	setTimeout(function(){ jQuery(".single-product #mk-accordion-3 #tab-description .mk-accordion-tab").trigger('click'); }, 300);
    });

    Would you please check now?

    Glad to hear that 🙂

    Sorry, on mobile every tab are still opened

    My apologies, but the codes that are forcing showing the tabs on mobile are hardcoded with the theme minified JS and CSS files. They are like this due to the UX improvements. I am not sure there is a quick and easy way to override this. Please feel free to contact WPDone if you believe you need a developer to do this for you:

    Mohsin,

    Sorry to hear that but, on mobile, tabs are all totally open locked. That is not UX improvement because the normal behaviour of this component is to be opened or closed, as on the desktop, according to the user wishes.

    A nice UX improvement would be to allow to open or close those tabs.
    In my case, every infos are wide opened and the bottom of the page with related products is very very far away. So you will agree that it is not a UX improvement, maybe just a development improvement for developers.

    So please can you do something for this issue, that is very ennoying for me.

    Hi

    Geco, is this page moved away? https://prnt.sc/1v9n2oa ?

    Thanks

    geco

    You can go on any product page. This one was an example.
    Here is another one: https://www.l-deco-bougies-naturelles.fr/produit/bougies-chauffe-plats-parfumees/

    Hi Geco,

    I found a way to override this on mobile. Unfortunately, your web host seems to be blocking me now so I can not apply this on your website.

    You need a Jupiter Child theme to fix this. Please activate your child theme, then copy

    wp-content/themes/jupiter/framework/admin/customizer/woocommerce/templates/single-product/accordions.php

    to

    wp-content/themes/jupiter-child/framework/admin/customizer/woocommerce/templates/single-product/accordions.php

    And edit the file in your child theme like the image attached. You need to add this among the [vc_accordion] shortcode as an attribute:

    responsive="false"

    So your code will look change from this:

    $accordions = '<div class="mk-woo-accordions woocommerce-tabs">[vc_accordions style="simple-style" action_style="toggle-action"]';

    to this:

    $accordions = '<div class="mk-woo-accordions woocommerce-tabs">[vc_accordions responsive="false" style="simple-style" action_style="toggle-action"]';

    It will override the mobile behaviour and will allow the custom code that I gave you to apply on mobile too. Hope it helps 🙂
