#76166 Comments are not displayed

I have a website built with jupiter X : troismadeleines.com
Unfortunately comments are not visible on post but when I activate the default twenty theme, then it works.
for instance:when i go to troismadeleines/fr/rousquilles , I can t see the comments below, but when i switch to the default theme, then they appear.)
Elementor Pro support says that this is a problem with jupiter X and that they are not responsible for these bugs, can you please assist?:)
Many thanks guys!

You are using the Elementor Canvas template on your pages. Kindly change them to Default Template and allow the comments on them as the screenshot attached and the issue will be resolved.sarah dadoun 1 month, 1 week ago
Nope:) That s still not working. Look at this page:
troismadeleines.com/rousquilles. The comments are displayed in the theme builder elementor but not on the website.
I changed to default but it didn t change anything. any other idea?Nodari Support Team 1 month ago
there are several points to check when comments are not appearing in WordPress posts, please check them by following this list:
1. it must be enabled as a default setting – check this image:
2. check default WordPress theme if its theme related problem you will see comments in any default WordPress theme
3. Plugins – Deactivate all your third party plugins and check if comments are appearing
I tried 1 point and settings are correct, so, please check 2 and 3, I can also test it you allow me to do it
Waiting for your results 🙂sarah dadoun 1 month ago

When you add Post Comments element, it should be placed in the Single Post template only, not inside the Post Content.
Now the comments box is visible https://take.ms/CaQvv .
Clear your browser cache and check.

My apologies for the delayed response.
I investigated this for an hour and realized that the “Page Attributes” and “Discussion” options on your pages are not changing at all. Yes, when you save the updates on the page, it shows it’s saved, but when you refresh the editor, it will be the same as before. I wonder if this is something related to the Elementor pro or not because it happens even with the Twenty Twenty template. I recommend you reach out to them and see if they can investigate this, as it’s not having to do anything with the Jupiter X theme. (Please switch to another theme and see what I mean).
Thanks for your understanding.
