I am wondering if there is supposed to be a success screen or message after the client submits form. It just goes back to form and it is unclear if it worked (for the user).

Or is there a better contact form that you are recommending for Jupiter.

Hello Jason,

 

After debugging the issue a lot, it looks like this is a cache issue because if you login, the form will show the success message but it doesn’t while logged out.

Could you please allow me to disable the plugins temporarily to debug this issue further?

Also, it’s better to use only 1 cache plugin which is WP Rocket rather than multiple cache plugins.

Hello Jason,

 

1 – Okay, I removed the Autoptimize plugin and the form is now showing the success message properly. Please clear the browser cache and check the form.

2 – Yes, I was talking about the Autoptimize. It’s better to use only 1 cache plugin which in your case is WP Rocket.

The message automatically hides after few seconds.
