contact form not.working

Can i know why my website contact form is not working anymore? i cant receive the email that i tried sent in my website.

Hello,

 

I see you’re using old theme version, but updated the Core and Raven plugins which versions are compatible with Jupiter X 1.15.1. version. Update the theme via Jupiter X > Control Panel > Updates and update the plugins via Jupiter X > Control Panel > Plugins. Then check the form.

There was no correct setting for this contact form, I just added Email in Settings > action and now you have another settings tab you must enter you Email and other necessary data, for more details please check this link:

Yes, your settings are correct, I can’t check your email but I did check my other email and it worked as well, the script is working well, there is no also reported problem on this form widget, can you please try another email address?
