Hi team,
We have set up a website with lots of items in the portfolio, each with various categories and tags. When I click on the URL for any category or tag, none of the portfolio items show up.
In appearance > customise > portfolio archive, the page template is entirely empty, and I cannot see a widget or element to add to the page to allow the portfolio items to show based on the active tag/category.
We are using JupiterX with elementor.
Please can you help?
Cheers.

Sorry about that, please provide us with wp-admin login details to your site in the private reply https://prnt.sc/qr3w3e to check the issue.
Thank you.
Nodari 3 years, 1 month agoPortfolios are not loading because portfolio archive template set in Appearance > customize > portfolio > portfolio archive is blank, you don’t have any elements there if you want to have custom archive template you have to design this portfolio archive:
https://nuvismedia.com.au/wp-admin/post.php?post=855&action=elementorRight now I deselected it and you have default view of portfolio 🙂
nuvismedia 3 years, 1 month agoThank you for getting back to me.
Afraid I’m still not understanding. What element do I need to insert into Appearance > customize > portfolio > portfolio archive template to show up the active tag or category?
I am trying to make it so if I click a category, eg ‘Print’, it shows the featured image of all portfolio items in the category ‘print’.
Thanks for your help so far
nuvismedia 3 years, 1 month agoAh, I’ve worked it out! Added the “posts” element and selected ‘is archive content’ and it’s now working. Awesome awesome.
I’ve also added a dynamic heading to the top of the archive template page, set to display the ‘archive title’. I’ve un-selected “show context” but it’s still displaying the word “tag” on the live page.
Can you help please?
nuvismedia 3 years, 1 month agoHi Norari,
Thanks for the reply. It is still there – the archive page heading still displays either “Category:” or “Tag:” before the dynamic content.
Any ideas?
Cheers

For category archive please use this css code:body.archive .raven-heading .raven-heading-title {
text-indent: -755px;
overflow: hidden;
}For tag page, please provide a link to one of tag page and I will generate custom CSS
