On two separate occasions now, CSS and some images don’t load at all on my website. I’m using Elementor Pro on the Jupiter X theme. Everything looks fine in the WP admin panel and when editing with Elementor, but when I’m not logged in, the CSS doesn’t load. I have tried different browsers and devices and I have asked other people to try from other locations and it’s the same problem.
I thought it might be some kind of caching issue so I have cleared my cache and my server cache. I contacted my hosting provider (SiteGround) and they checked the error logs and everything else and said there is no issue on that side so I should contact Jupiter X support. I have also tried the ‘regenerate CSS’ feature in Elementor which didn’t fix it.
The first time this issue happened, it fixed itself after a few hours and I don’t know why. It is now happening for the second time and I don’t know how to fix it.
All of my plugins and WordPress is on the latest version. I’m using version 1.20.0 of Jupiter X. Do you know what the problem could be?

Sorry about that,
Where and how can I check your problem? I tried several pages on your site, im not logged in and I have all the images appearing correctly and I don’t have any file not loading issue in the dev tools, so how and where to check your problem? please provide steps with the necessary linksHave a great day
Nodari 3 years, 4 months agoHey there
last 1 hour I was browsing your site but I have the same result, your pages are working without any problem for me.
It sounds like a Caching problem for me, I see you are using a caching plugin, can you please disable it? also, if you are using any caching feature from the hosting please disable it and observe your site again.Let me know results Steven
steven.mcgurk-1d617674 3 years, 4 months agoHello again,
Yes, the site is working fine now – the problem only lasts for a few hours and then corrects itself. I only have one caching plugin and I had already tested that and my hosting provider tested it too. Anyway, I hope it doesn’t happen again but if it does, I will contact you again.
