    Hi liver

Are you using any other plugins? how many plugins are you using at all? the problem might be not in the JetWoobuilder but in the number of plugins you have at the moment, if you deactivate some other plugins and leave JetWoobuilder I believe it will work.
if all plugins are necessary for you then you need to increase the Wp Memory limit from the hosting, there is no other way to fix such a problem

    Hi Oliver,

Can you please install WP-Optimize plugin and run an optimization on all of your database tables and also clear the transients using the same plugin? The issue might be coming from the database.

Ok, obviously it is getting inside a loophole when you activate the cart or checkout templates. By any chance, can you find any incorrect shop page assignments? Maybe the shop page is also your cart page or something like that. Also, please check if you are using any kind of restriction or redirection plugins.

These tips may also help investigate and find the source of the issue:

    – switch to your parent theme if you are using a child theme
    – create a new empty cart page template and assign it to your cart page see if the issue happens
    – make sure the checkout and cart page templates are different
    – make sure you have a separate page assigned for each of your woocommerce pages
    – switch to plain permalinks on settings -> permalinks

Can you please try these steps or confirm you already went through them?

    Hi Oliver,

Then you are in the right direction in this troubleshooting. Can you assign the blank template page as your cart and rebuild your cart page step by step? For each widget you add to the page, please update the template and see if you face the error. One of the contents inside your cart page is making a loop hole and this way you can detect which item it is.
