#139360 Custom Post Type showing in Posts Widget not sortable?
David Kingsnorth 8 months, 2 weeks ago
I’ve created a custom post type and can get the posts displaying using the Jupiter X Posts Widget.
However I can’t make them sortable like Portfolio can be.
I have given my custom posts categories but they don’t appear in the sort filter, I only get ‘All’ showing.
In my example page here: https://www.exciting-hertz.77-68-121-165.plesk.page/clubs/connect/
The top row is posts using the portfolio option. The bottom row is using my custom post type.
Is there a way for the sortable filter to recognise the categories I have assigned to the custom post types?Amir Rather Support Team 8 months, 2 weeks ago
Could you please send over your administrative WordPress access(in a private reply) so we can check what might be going on in the backend? We’ll need permission to debug this.

It might not work, you need to create a separate listing for your custom post types, please check and review this article: https://crocoblock.com/knowledge-base/articles/creating-a-listing-template-for-the-terms-from-custom-taxonomy-with-jetengine/ then you can use the Listing grid element to list and filter them anywhere on the page
