    Hi,

How do I display my custom post type “team member” on the team page using Elementor? I can’t find it when using any of the post related widgets.

Also, why can’t I set the featured image of my custom post type?

    Hello Lynne

    1. You may use Post widget and filter Team members post types, I just added it as an example at the bottom of your team page
    2. You did not have enabled featured images in your custom post type here: https://prnt.sc/u9h79x once I added it I added image featured image in your custom post type and it’s displayed properly

    Hope this helps 🙂

Thanks! Is it possible to use my headshot field/meta data as the featured image and the bio field/meta as the excerpt? If not, when I’m editing the post, how do I add the headshot and excerpt? I don’t see those as options to include in the post editor.

I was able to use the dynamic fields in my “Team Member” template. However, how do I apply that template to my custom post type “team members”?

I was trying to follow this article for reference – https://docs.elementor.com/article/354-creating-a-single-post-template. I do not see how to view a sample post when editing the template after clicking settings, and I do not see how to apply the template to the post.

    Hey there

“s it possible to use my headshot field/meta data as the featured image and the bio field/meta as the excerpt? If not, when I’m editing the post,” – In this case, you need to create a listing page with listing grid, check this out: https://crocoblock.com/knowledge-base/articles/jetengine-listing-functionality-how-to-create-a-new-listing-to-apply-for-the-certain-post-type/

    and this video:

Let me know if it worked 🙂

No this is not what I want to do. I want to make each team member a post so that they have their own individual pages. However, I’d like to use a custom template for each post.

Nevermind I was able to figure this out, so we can close the ticket. You have to individually go through each post and import the saved template.

    Lynne, thank you for update

I will close this case, feel free to start a new ticket
