Duplicate of menu Elementor item gets pushed up while hovering

I created a custom header on my website and added a bottom border to it for active and hover. The left menu works like it should be, but when I hover over the right one, the hovered element get’s pushed a bit upwards because of the bottom border. I didn’t change any settings for the menu. It’s an exact duplicate, so idk what causes this issue.

I found an error on my hosting configurations, now you should be able to access  the website.

To overcome this, I added the Border on the Normal State as well and set it to transparent color so now when we hover the menu doesn’t move.
