Hi there,

    https://www.sage.community/blog

    I’m using the standard elementor Posts element (not raven)… should be simple, but I can’t find the setting anywhere that allows me to “show all posts” or take off (“0”) the limit to the number of blog posts we can show.

    where is that setting?! sorry for the small need 🙂

    Your first question was about elementor posts widget,
    Your second question is about Smart posts tile widget, These are so different.
    About your next question :
    I added a custom query :
    {“post_type”:”post”,”post_status”:”publish”,”order”:”DESC”,”orderby”:”ID”,”posts_per_page”:””,”offset”:””}
    https://prnt.sc/xzeevx
    You also can generate your own query by clicking on the generate custom query link.

    Not sure what happened, but:

    The snippet you made:

{“post_type”:”post”,”post_status”:”publish”,”order”:”DESC”,”orderby”:”ID”,”posts_per_page”:””,”offset”:””}

    should go on the Blog page. You put it on the Podcast page, so the podcast page updated to show the blog posts. I went ahead and fixed that.. so Podcast is good to go.

    Back to the original question — where can I put this snippet you provided on / within the blog element (on the blog page) so all posts show? currently there are 6. only 5 are showing. I dont see in the builder elemnt where I can put this Query.

    Hello,

    You need enable “Use Custom query” option in Smart Post Tiles settings https://prnt.sc/yuowai and add the query you were provided.

    Thank you.

    Regards.

    Okay — inside the BLOG and the PODCAST pages, I tried adding this {“post_type”:”post”,”post_status”:”publish”,”order”:”DESC”,”orderby”:”ID”,”posts_per_page”:””,”offset”:””}

    it did not work. please let me know what to do. you already have access tot he backend so I’d be very grateful for the assistance.

    Hello,

    Sorry for a delay.

    You selected the layout where only 5 posts can be shown https://prnt.sc/z2eqhs .

    I changed the layout to this one https://prnt.sc/z2etxz and set the rows number.

    Now all 8 posts are shown https://prnt.sc/z2exai . Please check.

    Regards.

    Hey guys – so I updated the layout for the PODCAST page as well (screenshot attached).

    What happens when the client has more than 9 posts? I want this to be a continuous scroll… so I want ALL posts to show for the BLOG and PODCAST pages.. Do I need to put a query in the podcast page too, like we have already for the BLOG?

    Just making sure… the BLOG page is now setup that every post will show, correct? Right now the client has 9 blogs, so everything shows. What happens when they publish #10?

    Hello,

    Sorry for a delay.

    It depends on the layout you select in the settings. For example, if you select the last layout https://prnt.sc/10a95v7 , the max post number is 12, so you’ll be able to show 12 posts, or you can set pagination with custom query in the settings.

    Thank you.

    Regards.

    Thanks.

    So… what layout can we use that allows ALL posts to ALWAYS show?

    Can you create a custom quiery for us? OR a CSS snippet (I’m not sure what to call it)… we want ALL posts to show… IE, an “endless” scroll.

    I dont want my client to have to change the layout settings every time. Is there a setting / design element that shows all posts // any amount of posts?

    Hello,

    To show all posts, you can use JX Posts element https://prnt.sc/10dm9p0 .

    Before adding it, update JX theme to 1.23 version and also update JX Core plugin as the update with fixes was released.

    After that edit the page and add the Posts element.

    Thank you.

    Regards.
