    Hello,

I’ve rolled back the Elementor version to 3.3.1 in Elementor > Tools > Version Control to fix the issue. Please check the editor now.

There are known problems with the latest plugin release and our developers are working to fix the conflicts in the nearest theme update.

    Thank you for understanding.

    Regards.

    Hello,

You’ll see the notification in the Jupiter X > Control Panel > Updates section when the theme or the core plugin updates are available.

    hello <span class=”bbp-author-name”>Alexander</span>,
I have the same problem. i have waited for updates from elementor (3.4.5, 3.4.7), but the error (elementor widget panel is gray) is still there. the only solution is to downgrade to version 3.3.1 then it works. i have different customers and the widget panal works with elementor 3.4.7. for some websites, but not for all websites. and if the widget panel is grey i can not work with elementor.

In addition, I also have 2 php error messages (after the elementor update to 3.4.5) on the website, which I have hidden via wp-config (don’t know whether this plays a role).

    failure:
    ————-
    ….wp-content/plugins/elementor/includes/api.php on line 161

    technical environment:
    ————————-
    wordpress: version: 5.8.1
    theme: JupiterX (jupiterx), version: 1.26.0
    php_version: 7.4.24
    memory_limit: 512M
    Elementor: version: 3.2.5
    update to
    Elementor: version: 3.4.7

    debugging:
    ———————–
    I deactivated all plugins
i have re-uploaded jupiter via ftp
deleted elementor via ftp, and reinstalled
activated the safe mode at elementor
Editor Loader Method Option button turned on
    define (‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’); on 512M
—> none of that helped, the problem persists

    for info:
    ———————
    i haven’t migrated the website
i built the website new two year ago
elementor downgrade to 3.3.1 (elementor widget is ok)

I can give you access data, where can I enter them securely?

thanks so much for an information or solution
    greetings kerstin

    Hi there!

After updating Elementor to 3.4.x and higher, the widgets of Elementor may not appear due to a conflict with the Raven plugin. You should keep the Raven plugin deactivated because you no longer need it. The Raven plugin has been merged with the Jupiter X Core plugin and keeping it active can cause further issues like this. In order to resolve this issue, remove the Raven plugin and use the Transient Manager plugin and remove all of your transients once.

Please try and let us know šŸ™‚
