Dear Sirs, I am still having trouble editing with elementor, despite following all the workaround suggestions, such as: I have increased the memory limit, and disabling plugins one by one …this is a real shame because since purchasing this I have not been able to make any progress – having thought thst using elementor and the jupiter X theme would be so simple to use

I have given you my wordpress dashboard credentials below please could you look into this?

Hello

I kept only the Required Plugins active and deactivated other plugins now the Elementor is working correctly https://prnt.sc/qqozni

I also updated the Theme to the latest version.

In general, Please activate only the required plugins and keep the unneeded plugins deactivated. Too many active plugins may slow down your site as each adds more functionality to your website.
