#74253 Empty space on the right in edit mode
Seymour Segnit 1 month, 2 weeks ago
After updating the elementor plugins, theme and other required plugins, content of the some pages is shifted to the left and on the right is white space. In incognito mode that does not show.
Can you help us?

Strangely I see the page correctly https://prnt.sc/ttl3dw
If space doesn’t show in the incognito mode? This might actually be happening because of the cache.
Could you please clear your browser cache (ctrl+f5 or cmd+f5) and purge the plugin cache (if using any cache plugin).
You can also check out this video to clear your cache and do a hard reload http://take.ms/p9ced
You could also check on any other device or browser.
Please get back to us in case the issue still persists.

Thank you for you reply. I tested in 3 different browsers, and in incognito mode and it is behaving the same.
Please check the video: https://www.screencast.com/t/HClBkS6GUSTW
When I turn off stretch section, it gets centered.

Could you please send over your administrative WordPress access(in a private reply) so we can check what might be going on in the backend? We’ll need permission to debug this.PrivateSeymour Segnit 1 month, 2 weeks agoThis reply has been marked as private.PrivateTatyana Hutsol Support Team 1 month, 2 weeks agoThis reply has been marked as private.Seymour Segnit 1 month, 2 weeks ago

I updated the theme to 6.6.0 version and WPBakery plugin. Now the content is shown fine https://take.ms/OpHWP .
Clear your browser cache and check.

Thank you for you feedback.
Unfortunately on these two pages problem still exists, so I do not think that the issue has been resolved by updating theme and wpbakery plugin:
Please find screenshots attached.

Please take our apologies for the delay in response.
First of all I see that you are using the Elementor builder on your site within the Jupiter 6 theme version that is not right, because Jupiter 6 uses WPBakery Page Builder as the main page builder. If you want to use Elementor I’d recommend you to switch to the Jupiter X theme version where the Elementor is the default builder. Here you can read about the switching to Jupiter X https://themes.artbees.net/docs/upgrading-jupiter-theme-to-version-x/
As for the pages where you see the problem please make sure you set the “Elementor Full Width” page template as shown on the screenshot https://prnt.sc/u0xft0
Let us know if our further assistance regarding this matter is needed.
