    Hello,

    I’m having several errors on my website. I attached the screenshot with the errors. It seems I possibly need to downgrade the current version of WordPress to work correctly with the Jupiter theme and plugins? Or is there something else I need to do?

    Secondly, I’m trying to integrate a checkout/PayPal page, (the current draft page on my website). I copied the code into the “text” of the page builder, but it’s not appearing correctly, (or at all). I’m not certain if this is due to the errors with the version of WordPress, or something else.

    Lastly, is there a way to save a page, but so only I can see it/that it’s no longer public? If I change the visibility from published to draft or pending review, would that do it, or is there something else I need to do?

    I hope these make sense.

    Thanks,
    Bekkah

    Due to the errors login isn’t possible https://monosnap.com/file/0aTrVryVQO5yABKBOc58xUfJyFJd1O

    FTP or cPanel details are needed to get the site back working.

    Here is what FTP is https://themes.artbees.net/docs/using-ftp-wordpress/

    Hi There

    I added the below lines to the wp-config.php file in your website root,

    ini_set('log_errors','On');
    ini_set('display_errors','Off');
    ini_set('error_reporting', E_ALL );
    define('WP_DEBUG', false);
    define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
    define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);

    Please check now.

    2) I suggest you try updating with one of these two methods:

    via WordPress dashboard
    or
    via an FTP client.

    Both are described here: https://themes.artbees.net/docs/updating-theme-child-theme/

    Please take full site backup before updating.

    You can download the v6.7.0 zip here https://themes.artbees.net/dashboard/releases/

    Also, You can Publish the Page as Private so only you can see it.

    Looking forward to your feedback ūüôā

    It shows this error when I try to update via WordPress, “Please update your¬†Jupiter theme¬†by using¬†WordPress 5.4.2 or an earlier¬†version, or please try to update¬†Jupiter theme¬†by navigating to¬†Appearance > Themes¬†and clicking¬†Update Now.”

    When I go to Appearance/Themes, there is no “Update now”, and it seems I need to go to an older version of WordPress in order to get the Jupiter theme update to be compatible?

    If possible, I would rather not go through the update with FTP and re-downloading/uploading the files and theme again.

    Please follow the Updating theme via WordPress dashboard method from this Tutorial https://themes.artbees.net/docs/updating-theme-child-theme/

    You can download the v6.7.0 zip here https://themes.artbees.net/dashboard/releases/

    Hi There

    I updated the Theme for you to v6.7.0 by simply uploading it in Themes and then https://prnt.sc/uan7jo

    Please check now and let me know ūüôā

    Great, thank you!

    When I go to Jupiter > Updates it still gives this error —¬† “Please update your¬†Jupiter theme¬†by using¬†WordPress 5.4.2 or an earlier¬†version, or please try to update¬†Jupiter theme¬†by navigating to¬†Appearance > Themes¬†and clicking¬†Update Now.”

    Is it necessary to go to an early version of WP so the theme functions properly? And/or will the theme be upgraded to work properly with the current version of WP?

    Secondly, I’m trying to integrate a PayPal/Sales page. I copy & pasted the CSS they gave me into the “text” portion of the unpublished page, but it doesn’t seem like it’s working at all. Is there something related to API they mentioned I need to do on the site as well? Or is this still not functioning properly due to the theme and WP not being updated/compatible at the moment?

    Hi There

    Since the Theme is already up to date, please ignore the notice for now,

    Yes, we will release a new update for this,

    Regarding PayPal, if they provided CSS it needs to be put in the Theme Options > Advanced> Custom CSS or Child Theme styles.css files.  If the code is something else it probably needs to be put in RAW HTML or iFrame shortcodes.

    In case it still doesn’t work, send over the PayPal code and instructions we will help you with it.

    Okay, thank you. I haven’t gotten around to trying that just yet.

    However, another concern that has come up is when I’m sharing my links on social media, specifically facebook, it previews my website as, “301 moved permanently”. Is there a way to fix this so it doesn’t say this and instead shows a preview image and link?

    Bekkah Foxx

    It suggested I run the URL through the Facebook Share Dubug System — https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/

    It gives me this error, “URL requested a HTTP redirect, but it could not be followed”.

    Hello

    I tried the blog Share with Facebook and it seems to be working fine screenshot

    When I post the newest page I created – bekkahfoxx.com/red-masterclass it gives the above error once it’s posted.

    This post doesn’t seem to have a Facebook share option?

    Bekkah Foxx

    It’s created as a page, so I’m guessing maybe that’s why there’s no Facebook share option?
    But I mean when I post the link on Facebook directly, the “preview” it shows isn’t an image, and just says “301 moved permanently”.

    Hello,

    Sorry for a delay.

    I have disabled this option in Yoast SEO settings https://take.ms/JPNrh and the content is shown correctly when posting a link on Facebook https://take.ms/TRnMx .

    Please check now.

    Thank you.

    Regards.
