#80889 FAQ keeps autoclosing on our site

When I add the FAQ option in wp-bakery in this theme is automatically closes the faq and is not visible.

The issue is happening because of the WP 5 which has removed the default support for the jQuery Migrate. Please install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ It will fix the issue with the FAQ’s.
I see that you are using the latest version of the WordPress but old version of the theme. Please update the theme to the latest version which is 6.7.0
To update, please check out the “Updating theme via WordPress Dashboard” section in this article https://themes.artbees.net/docs/updating-theme-child-theme/
After updating the theme, please install the required plugins and update the rest of the plugins.
Please let me know if you face any issues while updating the site.

Hi Thanks the jquery migrate worked.
In your update theme instructions I could not see if the updates need to be done one at a time or can I goto the latest.
Additionally we do not have a child theme created by the original developer. So I need to compare the code with the original 6.3.0.

Hi I clicked the update theme button in the theme control panel and this cause the site to stop working and recovered by removing the latest theme update and reverting back to the old.Danish Iqbal Support Team 1 week, 1 day ago

Earlier I did not click on the update button because I was waiting for the working FTP details. I’m not really sure how the site again went into error mode. Is there someone else managing your site?
That said, the FTP details worked now and I have now updated your theme, installed the new required plugins and updated the existing plugins and the site is working fine now.
