#79311 Fatal Error
Julia Belcher 4 weeks ago
I updated the Jupiter X theme and my site crashed. Now I can’t get in to make changes or deactivate the plug-in. I received the information below from WordPress.
Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Jupiter X Core.
First, visit your website (http://peoplestap.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (http://peoplestap.com/wp-logi<wbr />n.php) and check for any visible issues.
When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 5.5
Current theme: JupiterX (version 1.13.0)
Current plugin: Jupiter X Core (version 1.16.2)
PHP version 7.2.25Danish Iqbal Support Team 4 weeks ago
Could you please share the FTP details of the site and I will fix the issue?

It is set up through GoDaddy. Is that what you are asking for?Danish Iqbal Support Team 3 weeks, 6 days ago
Yes, Godaddy details will work for me.
I basically have to access the file manager.

The page got refreshed and now it will ask for a different code.
Is it possible that we can talk somewhere in realtime? Like Slack or Whatsapp or anything else?

No problem, thank you for the details.
I will get back to you once I have some feedback.

There was something in the theme files that wasn’t allowing the site to work.
I re-installed the Jupiter X theme, updated the plugins and the site seems to be up again.
Please check the site and let me know.
