    Hello,

i’m using the Jupiter X with “Real Estate 3” template.

On the Home page, here is a carousel using articles by default, and in the parameters, i can see : Content / Sources / Articles, but i would like to be able to filter the kind of articles i’m displaying… to use only for example the category “news”

i saw i can choose manually each article, but i would like to leave it automatically, only by filtering on a category. Is it possible ?

Other point, on this carousel presentation, the template uses a image in the background, and text on the bottom it. But text is not really readable depending on images we use. Is there a way to use an overlay style option, as it exists in the “team member” object,¬† to be able to apply a first color transparent on the top, and a secon color progressive on the bottom, type linear : text will be nicelly readable in the bottom on the image, for example…

    Thanks for your help

    Hi there

    – There is an option for Categories filter in Post Carousel https://take.ms/97eww did you try this? Please try and let us know.

    – Unfortunately, no, the Team Member is from the Jet Elements plugin, the Jupiter X Post Carousel doesn’t have such an option at the moment.

i tought it was about a needed update of the Elementor plugin, so i did it, but now, Elementor is up-to-date, like all others extensions, cache is refeshed, but nothing change in the options of the box.
And now, i have display problems :

    • Carousel is now displaying only 1 post and not 3 per view (but there is 3 per view in the options box) (same display in ‘modify with Elementor” mode)
    • The arrows doesn’t work, like we have only 1 post in total
    • in the black block below “Nos Agences”, the animated images are not displayed on the website (but visible in the “modify with Elementor” mode)
    • Just before Footer, i have a section with “images layout” not displayed
    • (but visible in the “modify with Elementor” mode), and in the section “Nos partenaires fabricants”, there is a block with carousel logos “advanced carousel” not displayed too (but visible in the “modify with Elementor” mode)

    Hello there

    Sorry for the delay,

I disabled the “Improve Assets Loading” option in Elementor Setting https://2022.climdenfert.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=elementor#tab-experiments

Please check now after a hard reload(http://take.ms/p9ced) and let me know.

    Waiting for your response ūüôā

Hello and sorry for the delay too

Thanks for your help. Display problems are now solved. Do you think i have to keep “improve Assets Loading” disabled ?

So now, i can come back to the initial problem… :

You show me this : “There is an option for Categories filter in Post Carousel https://take.ms/97eww did you try this? Please try and let us know.”

But in my case, i have this : https://ibb.co/9cgtbCk

    No Categories filter at all…

    Hi there

    – Yes, keep them disabled, they are causing a few issues since these are only Experiments as of now.

    – Regarding the categories filter, is a conflict in the recent version of Elementor, causing the Products, Posts, and Posts Carousel widgets to lose their “Terms and Category” selection options. It is fixed and just waiting to be released. However, if you downgrade your Elementor to 3.3.x, the issue will be resolved. You can do it through Elementor -> Tools -> Version Control.

    Sorry again for the inconvenience.

I’ve just installed the Elementor 3.5.3 version but it’s not fixed for the moment…

I’ll have to downgrade then ?

    Amir Rather Support Team

    Hi there

Yes, downgrade to 3.3.x and then check.

    Hello and thanks

    the downgrade works well.

But how can i know if the next version will fix the problem ?

Do i have to wait for the next 3.5.X or the 3.6 ?

    Amir Rather Support Team

    Hi

We will fix it ourselves, you keep it like this for now.

    Regards
