#60460 Font changes aren’t executed using customizer
ileadj-b6b0abd7 4 months, 2 weeks ago
Font changes aren’t executed using the Jupiter X customizer. I’ve read the according information and checked, whether Elementor fonts are all set to “default”, which is the case. I’ve also run “Purge SG Cache”. Can you help? Thank you, now I was able to log in but have trouble to replicate your problem, I tried several settings in the customizer, and they are all right, they are normally reflected on the page and are not in conflict with the Elementor, did I miss something?
How and where can I replicate your problem?

That’s strange indeed. When I go to “customize”, “fonts” and try to change for ex. the “body’s” color to red, then click “publish” nothing happens.Nodari Support Team 4 months, 2 weeks ago
Please check agian, there is a conflict with the Elementor style setting here, once I cleared color here Jupiter x setting got applied
Let me know if it’s working now for you

Thank you. I’ve played around a bit here (diff font, change of color again) and the settings in Jupiter X customizer didn’t always get applied. I had to repeat several times. Is there maybe another issue or is this quite normal?ileadj-b6b0abd7 4 months, 1 week ago
…AND: I’ve got the same problem with some Headings (e.g. Heading 1). It would be great if we could solve the problem altogether. For all Fonts/Colors and customized settings in general, in one approach. Thanks again.Tatyana Hutsol Support Team 4 months, 1 week ago
Sorry for a delay.
Please try to edit default fonts and colors options in the Elementor editor as described here:
After that the Customizer settings should be applied.
Don’t forget to flush assets cache in Jupiter X > Control Panel > Settings.
Let us know the result.

I have done this way before I’ve contacted you initially… And that’s almost 2 weeks ago now. But the problem persists….
For that reason you’ve received the login information.Mohsin Al-Rabieai Support Team 4 months, 1 week ago
I checked your website carefully and realized that you are using the page templates on Elementor. By default, when you use them, they will override the Jupiter X settings. We already had that reported and came to this understanding that we should not touch the Elementor kit color sets and font settings. Instead, if you wish the font settings and color sets to be applied from the Jupiter X theme, you should remove the Elementor kit colors in the Elementor preferences. (Like what my colleague Nodari shared). In case the issue still happens or time by the time such issue shows up, then it might be related to a caching problem.
Anyway, I took a closer look and couldn’t find the conflict on your home page and About page. Can you direct me where I can see and check the difference exactly? On which page and on which part? Because I believe if we can just see the issue, we are very close to resolving it. Thanks for your understanding.Oliver Fröhner 4 months, 1 week ago
Hi Mohsin, I can also not choose my activated font in the settings for h1, h2 and so on.. no setting for fonts in elementor but set the colors in elementor.. this is annoying as you click and click and try and try to find a solution before I came to this post..
where is the bug now…?! perhaps it would be better to let elementor do everything ?Oliver Fröhner 4 months, 1 week ago
Choosed railway here but in the settings only default is set and no dropdown for Raleway…
Sorry if this is not the same problem of the initial post.. but it looks related…ileadj-b6b0abd7 4 months, 1 week ago
Thanks Oliver, already started thinking I’m just too silly and need to hire a pro to solve this. Yes, it would help myself immensely, if I could do this with Elementor only and ignore the customizer.
@ Mohsin: I’m a little confused. You wrote “we should not touch the Elementor kit color sets and font settings.” And then “Instead, if you wish the font settings and color sets to be applied from the Jupiter X theme, you should remove the Elementor kit colors in the Elementor preferences.” I either don’t understand or there is a contradiction here?

You need edit the settings in Elementor editor clicking the burger icon on the top left side https://take.ms/Efq6P , then select “Theme Style” https://take.ms/HMxOG , check Typography section and make sure the font is set to “Default” there https://take.ms/Re668 .
Looking forward to hearing from you.
