Form elementor submission no database

Hi Support,

I have a couple of forms on my website and I can’t see the submission of the people?

I tried some plug-ins but none of them works. Do you have a idea how I can fix this problem?

Can you please allow me to investigate your problem? please provide a link to your forms and access details to your dashboard, I will check why it’s not working and how can be fixed

Hi Noel

First of all, before anything, please update your theme to the latest version, you re using an old version of the theme, please update it to the latest version and then let’s check it agian, I guess you are asking about a subscription form on the front page?

You can update the theme from JupiterX options > control panel > updates
