    Hey there,

    I’m trying to fix an error on my clients website. The default background, that we use from the Jupiter X template, is set to ‘full width’ yet is not displaying at full width. I believe it’s only happening on the portfolio page, which is linked to the wordpress dash. Please see screenshot attached.

    Hi jolan

    Are you asking about the canvas behind the text or about the pictures below the text?
    Please also provide a link to this portfolio page,

    Hey there,

    Thanks for your response. I’m asking about the canvas behind the text – the curvy pale yellow shape.

    You can find the portfolio page here. It’s a common occurrence across all portfolio pages on the website.

    Many thanks.

    Could you please send over your administrative WordPress access(in a private reply) so we can check what might be going on in the backend? We’ll need permission to debug this.

    I do not wish to do this for multiple privacy, security and confidentiality reasons.

    Hi Jolan

    you just need to set background image properties correctly, set it to the top center and set it to cover section,
    It can be also fixed by this CSS code:

    .jupiterx-main {
        background-position: top center;
        background-size: contain;

    Simply add it in the Appearance > Customize > Addtionall css

    Let me know if you still have any question
