    Environment :
    – Jupiter X Template
    – Menu created with JetMenu (+ Mega Menu) + Elementor

    When the pages load for users who are not connected (or in private browsing), a gap is created at the top of the page.
    This is caused by the menu loading when the page is initialized. If the page is reloaded, the gap is no longer there.

    My menu being quite long, the gap when loading is more than 3000px… making the page completely empty for the user.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi There

    Please excuse me, strangely I don’t see the gap while the page is loading screen record https://take.ms/idzZQ

    What am I missing?

    Hi Amir,

    You can try again, I don’t know why the mobile menu view was showing.

    Instead, try with the pages in the Categories tab, you’ll see the problem.

    Hi Antonie

    You may try this css code in the Appearance > Customize > Additoonall css:

    body .jupiterx-site {
        padding-top: 71px !important;

    I found the concern.
    In LiteSpeed Cache, the “Combine CSS” feature caused a problem loading the menu.

    It is all good !
