Hu, we need support with the Jupiter X theme. We have installed Elementor and Elementor Pro but still shows compatibility errors, does not display images, logos etc. The Jupiter X theme we try to use is Candle Shop.
Please, find attached screenshots of what appears when we start setting up the website using Elementor over the theme.Nodari Support Team 1 week, 5 days ago
I just recreated the default Elementor Kit, please check it again, no warning message is displayed anymore

Hi, Thank you for the prompt respond. Unfortunately we still see this code at header and footer (screenshot attached) when we open the home page of the demo. Can you help us?

Please try the below lines to the wp-config.php file in your website root,
ini_set('log_errors','On'); ini_set('display_errors','Off'); ini_set('error_reporting', E_ALL ); define('WP_DEBUG', false); define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true); define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);
Looking forward to your feedback 🙂mj.jeleva-67306e25 1 week, 4 days ago

What does the error say, could you please write down it in English?
Also, Could you please provide the FTP details(in a private reply) so that we can check the error logs for any error and try to provide a solution?

In this case the plugin can be installed manually by uploading it via FTP. You need to unzip the plugin archive on your PC and then upload the plugin folder
wp-content/plugins/directory on your server. When uploading is done go to WP Dashboard > Plugins and activate the Elementor Pro plugin.
If there are any difficulties, just provide us with the archive of the plugin and we’ll help you to upload it.
