#137107 Have no idea where emails are going

Have an issue with our emails not reaching the account mailbox. We used the Jupiter X form as well as mailchimp widget and a jet pop widget too. I’m not sure what’s happened. I’ve looked and everything looks like it’s suppose to work and in fact at one point we did receive emails but now nothing! I know I need to contact Mailchimp as well as jet pop which I have but also want to make sure I haven’t done something to mess up on the template. Sorry about that, there might be one or two things to verify and check, please review your setup:
1. Are you using domain mail? [email protected] if yes, can you please try mails like @gmail.com @hotmail.com ?
2. reach out to your hosting support and let them know about this problem, they may check why the send mail function is not working and probably can offer a fix for this problem

4. The last thing, if the form is still not working you may need to configure SMTP service on your installation, we have these steps explained in this documentation: https://themes.artbees.net/docs/configuring-smtp-plugin/ please try it and let me know the results
