    Dear team,

    I have header bugs on all my pages where elements jump up and down when scrolling through the page.

    Please see the video I provided below.

    • on homepage it is the whole sticky bar
    • on all other pages it is with the social media icons

    Kindly help and let me know what to do about this.

    Thank you.

    Best regards

    Sarah

    My apologies for the delay. If you check it on the Customizer, you won’t see the problem. Actually, we had such issue but it’s resolved in the new version of the theme and as you are using the latest version you should not have this problem anymore. The Customizer view which does not accept the cache is working fine, so whatever it is, it’s coming from the caching plugin you are using. Make sure the cache is purged. I am not sure about the RaidBoxes cache you have in your admin bar, but clicking on the purge cache on its submenu does not purge any cache. You may check the Customizer to see what I mean. Hope it helps 🙂

    Hello,

    Sorry for a long delay.

    I have added this code in Jupiter X > Customize > Additional CSS:

    .jupiterx-header-sticked .jupiterx-site:not(.jupiterx-site-body-border) .jupiterx-header, .jupiterx-header-sticked .jupiterx-site:not(.jupiterx-site-body-border) .jupiterx-header.jupiterx-header-sticky-custom.jupiterx-header-custom > .elementor:last-of-type:not(:first-of-type) {
    transition: none !important;
    }

    Please check the header now as on my side it’s not jumping anymore.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Regards.

    Hi, if I am correct there was a slide in transition before. Right? Because now it is gone with the code.

    Hello Sarah

    Sorry for the delay

    This is how it appears for me right now: https://www.loom.com/share/10eba1e404164412871b7c3dab0f858c

    Yes, the slide-in transition was causing and was stopped by the code, if you want to have slide in animation you may modify this default code:

    .jupiterx-header-sticked .jupiterx-site:not(.jupiterx-site-body-border) .jupiterx-header {
    transition: top .5s ease-in-out;
    }

    Please note, .5s is the default value, you need to change it to something else
