Header showing on maintenance page

Hi,

The header is showing om the maintenance/coming soon online page. First this was not a problem.

Can you tell me how to disable this?

If you are talking about the Maintenance mode enabled through customizer, then, yes, we are aware of this problem and it will be fixed soon in the future update.

 

About edit > user is not “support:”, but “support” – What exactly are you trying to say?

You can add the below CSS to Jupiter X -> Customizer -> Additional CSS

 

.jupiterx-header,
.jupiterx-footer{
display: none;
}
