    Hi there,

I’m trying to set the order of the portfolio archive to random but I can’t seem to find how to do this. Can you help me out please?

I have looked into the files via FTP as well as theme options and within the cetgory itself and can’t seem to find anything.

    Thanks in advance!

    George.

The Orderby setting lets you alter the sorting of posts by one of these parameters: date, menu order, post ID, title, comment count, random, author, and no order. The order setting designates the ascending or descending order of the ‘orderby’ parameter.

    Hi there,

Sorry, I mean on the archive itself. I need them to be random on the category archive page rather than within the widget.

Is there a way to edit the archive file so I can randomise them?

    Cheers.

    Hello,

Please provide WP Dashboard credentials in the private reply and share the page URL where you want to change the order.

I edited this file in jupiter-child/wpbakery/shortcodes/mk_portfolio/config.php and added orderby rand on line 16 here https://take.ms/NNxTa

    Please check now.
