#41655 How to Upgrade Jupiter V4.4 to V6
Bryon Ong 8 months, 2 weeks ago
I have a site using the old version. I installed Jupiter V6 with all necessary plugins like WPbakery
In the backend I can see the editor and design elements. But on frontend, it appears blank and I can’t see anything after updating the content.
I referred to the documentation but its quiet brief. Please assist. Thanks.Amir Rather Support Team 8 months, 2 weeks ago
I should mention that upgrading from 4.x to 5.x or 6.x requires the recreation of some pages or sections. The fastest way to do it is to duplicate your website on a staging website, then update the theme manually and start recreating the broken pages/sections one by one. After you finished them, you can move the updated website to the live one.
Here are some tips on every step of this process:
-Duplicate your website in a staging environment using WP Staging plugin in just one click.
-Find the updated package here in the Artbees Portal extract it in wp-content/themes/ folder to update the theme. https://themes.artbees.net/dashboard/releases/
-After finishing updating, simply use the All In one WP Migration plugin to move the updated website to the live one. It only takes two clicks.
Hope it helps 🙂

This was because of the CSS added here https://prnt.sc/qoci8i which I commented out, now the page content is visible.

Would you mind to provide us with FTP (FTP host, FTP user, FTP password, FTP port) login details to your site in the private reply https://prnt.sc/qq5weo to check the issue?

Unfortunately FTP credentials don’t work, I’m getting an error in the FileZilla client:
Error: Could not connect to server
Are you able to log in to FTP with those credentials?
Could you please check?

Unfortunately my IP address is dynamic and can be changed.
Can the access be opened for countries? Our support team is around the world and we appreciate if you unblock for these countries: Ukraine, Georgia, India, Turkey.

Thanks, I was able to access via FTP.
I saw warnings on your site related to PHP 7.3 version.
Please ask your hosting provider support to downgrade PHP version to 7.1 or 7.2.
Then check the site and let us know the result.

Sorry for the delay
Unfortunately, the WP Login details of the live site don’t seem to work on Dev site.
Please kindly recheck them and provide working details.
