I’m having problems with images in my posts!! Suddenly the images of my posts changed their appearance size. Even in the post already published.
What setups should I review?

This is an urgent matter, please!

I have this post: (https://dolcemorumbi.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=2629&action=elementor) “Teste de post com imagem” where there is an image placed twice: the one that is on the top was placed using wordpress plain editor. It is displayed correctly. The second one at the bottom was placed using Elementor, but this one is displayed erroneously. It is the same image that is recorded at Media Library. Once I had the page in Elementor, there was no any update in images setup. And yet, it seems that the second one is being shown as the same dimension when we take a look at the Media Library as a portrait taking only the middle of the image.

Hi support team.

I think I figured out what happens with the images. I’ve changed their dimensions setup to “full screen” and it worked. I’ve confused for the first time because when I’m editing with Elementor, the images appear normally but when I see a preview they are not the same. That’s why I have opened this ticket.
But if there is something else regarding this matter or the way we have to set up images, please let me know. I strongly recommend that you take a look at this matter because as I wrote above when you’re editing with Elementor you don’t realize what you have to do.

Anyway, I’ll be waiting for a response before closing this ticket.

First of all, please take our apologies on the delay

Yes indeed, that’s valid, Image widget from the Elementor needs a definition of the size, and you can do this from the widget setting, one of them is full screen and in this case, your image will be displayed without crop and resize, with original size. Yes, I can confirm this is valid and normal.
