    Hello there,

There’s a ready made site called Business 2. During the import process the site finishes the steps “Creating Database Backup”, “Downloading Package”, “Installing Required Plugins”. During the “Importing Content” step it’s stuck with a line of text next to it that says, “custom Tables are imported.”

This is a brand new WordPress install, Version 6.2.1. PHP is on version <span class=”pul-wp-toolkit-text” data-test-id=”current-php-version”>7.2.34. I’ve tried a few different versions of that. </span>

I was able to install another ready made site through the Jupiter dashboard just fine. Thoughts?

    Hi there

First increase PHP version to 8.0, then make sure you have enough wp memory resources, you can check this from Tools, Site Health, after this try again, if it’s still not working please provide access credentials in a private reply and I will check it.

    Good morning,

This has been downgraded. to 8.0.

I had to re-enable a few of the PHP extensions on the server side after moving to PHP 8.0.28, however the import of the “Business 2” Ready-Made-Website under the Jupiter X dashboard is still hanging on the “Importing Content”, and again right after “Importing Content” it says “Customer tables are imported”.
