Issue with installing template – stuck on ‘custom tables are imported’

Hi – I am trying to install the Agency 2 template however it keeps getting stuck on the last stage. I have gone through the troubleshooting / finding other posts on this support forum but cant seem to find anything. All the required status lights are green also.

I have tried both Chrome and Safari – in case it made any difference.

Please help.

I assume the issue might be caused by the low max_execution_time value in the PHP settings, as when selected the Full Import without media included option the import was process finished successfully.
