Hi guys,
I have recently tried to update all the plugins for Jupiter X and am now facing issues where I cannot now see the Jupiter X contol panel or customise. The website has also got a conflict with the latest version of elementor and elementor pro.

Hello Raja,
I see that you are using the outdated version of the WordPress and the Jupiter X theme but the latest version of the plugins. To keep the site working properly, you have to update the WordPress, theme as well as the plugins and not just plugins.
Could you please allow me to update the WordPress/theme and I will see what exactly is happening?

Yes please go ahead and make the updates as I have backed up the database. Not sure what is causing the error on the front end as I normally tend to fix issues but this one is a bit tricky.

Sorry, I forgot to ask for the FTP details. Could you please share the FTP details so that I can fix the site in case, updating the plugins/theme will crash the site.

When you try to go to control panel it is now redirecting to 404 so I updated wordpress to 5.5 but still not able to access control panel and the elementor errors are still showing. The Jupiter x theme is really unstable. I need to get this resolved as soon as possible as customers are complaining they cannot purchase products from our website. Please respond back and advise what is causing all these issues with your theme.

The latest version of WP which is 5.5 removed jQuery migrate support and I suspect the issue you are facing is happening because of that. I say this because a lot of other issues have been triggered by WP 5.5
The Elementor version 2.9.4 is around for some time now and I don’t think it is the culprit here.
To understand and debug this issue further, I would need to update the theme and the plugins. I assume you have an active live site and any downtime would not be good for you. Is it possible that you can set up a staging site of your site where I can do anything?
