I understand what you are saying about creating a new ticket for each non related topic.

    (You wrote: hey there

Victor, first of all, we would recommend to not bundle so many questions in one long, and old ticket, it becomes complicate and may take more time to understand the real problem, so, once you start new questions start it in the new ticket)

    Here my questions:

Related to mobile devices (please see attached screenshot):

    1. How can I make my mobile hamburger button menu and the logo to share the same line? Right now they are shown in 2 separate lines.

    2. My slider image gets covered by the menu. How can i make the image fit to the mobile screen and make it starts after the menu? I want this to happen only on mobile devices as I am using transparent covered header on desktops and i am happy with that result on desktops.

    Thank you!

    Hi Victor,

Thank you for your response but I will need your help once again for the mobile devices ONLY. See attached image “header question.jpg” for this question.

Now, to a more important issue, see attached image “spinning-issue.jpg”. I started building this site ONLY 10 days ago. I am using Jupiter X with its child theme. I also increased the PHP memory to 256, as advised. But from the beginning I am experiencing a VERY SLOW performance on my website with very little content so far, and I am kind of blaming on Jupiter X because I “momentarily” solved the problem by doing the following:

a.- Ideactivated all plugins (only from Jupiter + Elementor)
b.- I activate momentarily the theme TwentyTwenty
c.- Then I reactivate Jupiter X (Parent Theme)
d.- Then Jupiter X (Child Theme), otherwise I loose all my styles (How can I transfer all my styles from the child theme to the parent so I don’t have do it over and over to see my styles as expected?)
e.-Then, the website gain the expected speed with no issues. BUT, it won’t last long until I experience the same issue. I can not launch the site this way and let my customer to deal with it. I need to fix this issue since you know better your theme and the compatibility issues it may have with some plugins or else. I asking you for HELP. Thanks.

    Hello,

    1. You need change the Size value in the Navigation Menu settings in your header template https://take.ms/MmMmT .
    2. Edit home page and set “Overlap Content” option to Global in the Post Options section.
    3. To make site load faster, please refer to this article:
      https://themes.artbees.net/blog/speed-up-your-website-in-jupiter-x/

Follow the instructions and let us know the result.

    Thank you.

    Regards.

1.- Please see attached image. I am not getting anywhere with your answer.

2.- Please see attached image as well. The “Overlap Content” is needed for MOBILE DEVICES only. If I edit the Home Page in the Post Section, that will change this option GLOBALLY for my whole site. Also, I do not have the mobile option when editing a page on Post Options. Please help further.

3.- Please understand I am not talking about improving the performance of the site just to gain performance. I am talking about an issue with Jupiter X that is somehow slowing down my site dramatically. For you to understand you will need to go in to my WP Dashboard and navigate to see how slow (showing the progress spinning icon) it gets. I can’t work like this.

I forgot to attach the image to my previous response. Please see this attached image at the same time you read my previous message. Thank you.

    Hello,

    1. Unfortunately only size value can be changed and you have to adjust padding values to display the icon correctly. It can’t be resized and keep the same padding values.
    2. You were suggested to change the option to “Global” so the global settings in Customizer is applied to the whole site. The “Overlap Content” option is enabled in Jupiter X > Customize > Header and applied for desktop layout https://prnt.sc/tuf0eg but disabled for mobile https://prnt.sc/tuf4hu . If you enable this option in the page editor in Posts Options section, it will be applied for both – mobile and desktop.
    3. Do you mean the spinning icon in Elementor editor? Can’t you access it? I checked the frontend of the site and the pages are loading quite fast.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Regards.

    1. Thank you. That makes sense so i will need to tweak it to certain point it is almost what i neeed. I can do that. Thanks.

    2. Understood. On the same token how i can make my logo so when the screen is not so large it doesnt get so small, see attached image. No everyone has the large screen and i am worried that my padding is perfect on 27″ but when i start resizing the browser the logo gain so much padding that the logo gets too small and funny looking. Please advise.

    3. Thank you. I will look more into that..

    Hi Victor,

In the Site Logo Widget settings inside the Header Template, you’ll see both % and Pixel options, and Width, as well as Max-Width options, try tweaking those to get your desired results on all screens, for larger screens settings the Max Width in Pixels might help.

Let us know if you need assistance 🙂

But that is exactly the problem I am having with the widget.  See my 3 attached screenshots for mobile,  iPad, and large screens.  See for large screens,  the padding between the 100% of the logo is at its max but still there is a lot of padding from the logo boundary and the edge of its container (the brown area).

And I just notice as well that for iPad it looks funky ( see included attached image for ipad).

So i am happy with the way it looks on mobile devices only but everything else I am not. Can you please help.  I am using svg files for the logo so it looks nicer but I am expecting the header to be responsive in a good way.  I hope you can help further. Thank you!

This line of comment is in addition to my question previously  sent, not answered yet,  because I just noticed when I see my website on my phone ,flipped in horizontally, it looks weird and I don’t have in the settings a way to fix this since elementor has only 3 options: large screen,  iPad, and mobile. But no either landscape or portrait,  etc.. and i don’t think i am understanding correctly how this work.  Se attached image on how it looks on mobile landscape orientation.

    Hello,

As for the Site Logo, you set padding values for the column in the header template https://take.ms/mAPdn , it’s applied to all layouts – mobile and tablet. You need switch to mobile and tablet layout in the Elementor editor and set these values to 0 https://take.ms/RMRDw .

Now I see that the header is hidden for mobile and tablet. Can I activate it to check the issues?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Regards.

    Victor Coronel

Please do.  Do anything necessary to help,  I need those headings working as expected.  Please check also the issue when the site is seen in ipad or mobile with the screen tilted horizontally orientation.

I was really waiting for you to help but it took too long so I realized the header for mobile and tablet was deleted so I had to recreate it. Mobile is fine now but I still need help with setting it up properly for tablet. Can you help with that.

Also, now I have an issue with my slider (https://ticoncept.wpmudev.host/) which used to respond to sliding to the right or the left with holding and dragging the mouse to the right or the left on top of the slider. Now it doesn’t. I do not know if I moved a setting but I can figure out which one is. I know it worked before and still works on some other areas like this: https://ticoncept.wpmudev.host/alte-baumwolle-info/#renderings
I am attaching 2 images to show you the settings for desktop and mobile (on mobile it works fine when I slide the slider with the touch of my fingers). Please help.

    Hello,

    Sorry for a delay.

I checked the tablet layout and the header is shown fine there https://take.ms/K2hr4d .

Can you show a screenshot of the header on a tablet device?

As for the slider, you can’t slide with a mouse because of the “Fit to Screen” option in the Section settings https://take.ms/Drfl9 . If you change it to Default as here https://ticoncept.wpmudev.host/alte-baumwolle-info/#renderings and set padding values the same as you did for another slider, you’ll be able to slide with the mouse again. Please try.

    Thank you.

    Regards.

    Victor Coronel

Thank you, I was able to fix the slider with your guidance.  The issue with the header remains,  se attached image.  It happens in all small devices when the screen is flip horizontally.  The header doesn’t expand all the way.  Please help.

    Hello,

I changed the width of the second column to 40% instead of 30 https://take.ms/m8s1h and the header is stretched now https://take.ms/wsiUg .

As for the animation, I see the images, text immediately when scrolling the page. Can you check it via Incognito mode in your browser?

    Thank you.

    Regards.

    Victor Coronel

Great, thank you. Can you help with these two related questions as well for mobile devices?
