Jet Pop up conditions not working

Hi,

im trying to add a popup to my website.

the conditions are not working. I can either show it Everywhere or nowhere. I tried to only include the pages i want to sho the pop up but then it didn´t show up. So i added the condition “entire site” and tried to exclude pages but now it shows everywhere. even on the excluded pages.

Please help!

I tried enabling the cookie notice Popup for the whole site on page load and it showed see https://monosnap.com/file/dBpGoviUBs2FdpVaU7g0PCHdfT4wa2

Which one did you try?

I just set Termin Buchen popup to show on the front page and its working as well, check this attachment on how it’s set up in the backend, https://prnt.sc/s3v7yj

Yes, I see, and I do have the same problem on my test site, looks like this is a bug in JetElements plugin, unfortunately in this case when there is a bug in the bundled plugin you have to directly contact to the plugin provider, I’m so sorry to say but we cant deal with the bugs in bundled plugins which are not developed by us, you can also use their Facebook group:
