jetelements form not working in jetpopup

Hi Support,

 

I need your help to check for the form sending problem, in the website have few forms, the form widget that is directly added to the page all is working fine, but the form widget that I add in the jetpopup, when click send the page is refresh and the form is not sending.

I got using the plugin WP MAIL SMTP, because without this plugin the form failed to send.

please help me to check for this issued k.

I think I found the way to solve the problem by set up the loading with Ajax from jetpopup, the form is working now.

Hi,

 

after the pop-up form is fine now, but I face another problem, with the form widget I set on the page, sometime when sending the form it will refresh the page and some time is working, can you please help with this issue? is it have anyway I can solve this problem to make it stable?

currently, the pop-up form is already working, now the problem is the form on the home page and contact us page, when I click send, sometimes it won’t show the green successful sent sentence, it will just direct refresh the page for me, and the form is not sent successfully.

what I need to check with you is anything we can do to avoid the page refresh when I click send because this happened randomly so I can’t trace what is the problem too, do you have any idea about this issue?
