    Dear People,

My name is Owen and we have some issues with Jetmenu.

We using Jupiter X and Elementor

Our problem: We have a mega menu from JetMenu and we have a product module from Element0r in the mega menu. We want to show the sales products in the menu, but since we build that one in the mega menu, we don’t see the notifications anymore. (Notifications like that you have placed a product in the cart) This is because the notification appears in the mega menu. So We think there is something wrong because the module is placing the notification in a wrong part in the source code. If we delete the products module from the menu the notification behaves normal.

We hope we can find a solution.

    King regards,

    Owen

Really sorry but I still get this https://prnt.sc/tbjzjx

We’re still looking for the problem why you cannot acces. There are no restricions country based. We can acces via VPN with the countries you told. So we don’t know why you cannot acces.

    Hello,

Seems the limitation is set in the .htaccess file.

Please contact your hosting provider support and ask to check it. Also ask if there is any firewall on the server that blocks the access from other countries. Unfortunately I still see 403 error when trying to open the wp-admin panel.

As for the Woocommerce issue, try to add [products] shortcode in your mega menu instead of the Products widget as described in JetMenu article:

    Let us know the result.

    Regards.

    Hi there,

Thanks for the clarification and sorry for the delayed response. I can actually see the issue. This is a logical issue and I believe you need to fix it somehow else. It’s not related to the Jupiter X theme at all. However, while I was about to check the mega menu editor in the Appearance -> Menus, I realized that it’s the editor is not working and it’s happening most probably because of your theme and all the plugins are outdated. I recommend you to update the theme and plugins first. Then use another widget to show your sales product instead of the one that you are using at the moment. It’s the default WooCommerce widget and causes this issue. Maybe even ask this in the WooCommerce forums because I believe such bug only happens in the rare cases like this.

    Best Regards
